16 degs Wow. Mio are your covers off yet ? Great temps for this time of the year. Mine has gone up from 14 degs to 15 degs today with the help of heat pump . But due to very cold nights I would expect this to fall back to 14.Deg C. I don,t want to swing any more than 1 deg especially during the spring when koi are generally more vunerable

Pond at 15 degs C and sue to low ambient temps and high winds the boiler is working overtime. Thanks to the Heat pump at least I am getting some free heat during the afternoon. All is looking good with the tiny new kids on the block.
