Potassium Permanganate measuring

Post by Admin on Fri Sep 30, 2011 8:55 pm

Prior to purchasing the Sensafe Exact Micro7+ Colourometer I previously used ORP mv calculations to safely apply PP @ 450-500 mv for between 4 and 5 hours.

The Chlorine test strips available for the `Sensafe` meter can via a `conversion table` measure the ppm PP.

Roddy endorses this mode of testing which he uses himself.

Other Photometers/Colourometers employing DPD method of testing can convert their chlorine measurements by this means to.

For members not having access to either a simple test strip is available from Sensafe Very Happy

Or an individual Permanganate exact micro7+ reagent test strip is also available > http://www.sensafe.com/itseurope/486662-M.php#486637-Per
